St. Philip's Episcopal School serves children who are enthusiastic about learning and who can adapt to classroom routines. Admissions are made without regard to race, national origin, or religious beliefs. Applicants transferring into St. Philip's for admittance into the first and second grade will be admitted utilizing standardized test scores, the child's past educational records, and testing from St. Philip's Episcopal School. The school requires each applicant score at least in the 70th percentile in the reading and math sections of the Iowa Test of Basic Skills test.
For entrance, the child must be three years old for 3K, four years old for Pre-Kindergarten and five years old for Kindergarten by September 1 of that school year. All students must have a copy of their birth certificate, their social security card, and current immunization record on file before the child will be allowed to begin the school year.
Uniforms are required for all students attending St. Philip's Episcopal School and may be purchased from our uniform provider, Southwest Uniforms, 830-591-9294.
