2nd Grade - Annabel Ybarra
Our expectations for second grade exceed minimum requirements of the Texas State Board of Education.  A well-balanced curriculum is offered that includes reading, language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, physical education and health, Spanish, music, Christian education, technology, and art.

The second grade classroom is located next to the playground, behind the third grade, in Miss Irene Hall.  I am very grateful that I have been given the opportunity to teach at St. Philips.  I enjoy that I can pray with my students, but also educate them as well. I have been given wonderful 2nd grade students and very supportive parents.

My husband and I have been married for 6 years.  We have one child Nathaniel Ybarra.  Nathaniel is currently attending St. Philips.  He is in 3K and absolutely loves school!! It is wonderful to know that he is growing both spiritually and academically.  What more could a parent want.
